Blog Hop and New release at Graciellie Design

So it is a new release and a blog hop with Graciellie Design. The release has wonderful stamp sets. Today I am focusing on the Unicorn Wishes.

I have always been fascinated by unicorn. So I went ahead and created a whimsical and magical unicorn - with rainbow colored tail and mane!!. I colored with copics and fussy cut the image.

I colored the wings with pale blue copics and added Wink of Stella on the wings  for the shimmer. Hope you are able to see it. It is very difficult to catch the shimmer in the camera!

I inked the background to get clouds and layered it on to a blue CS and mounted it on a white card base. I foiled the sentiment with Decofoil and added it with a foam tape.

Hope you like my card. Stamp set used:

You can buy the stamp set at Gracie's Etsy shop
We have a 10$ coupon for the winner of the blog hop. For more details check Gracie's blog.

Baby girl album

Hi there,

Today I want to share a baby girl album I made for an order. It is not the usual a year record album but one to cherish random pictures and for journalling.

I foiled the letters of the baby's name and layered it with white CS.

The flowers are handmade. I fussy cut two butterflies and added them too.

Totally 5 pocket pages with each pocket page having a photo mat pull out.

Waterfall photo mats on the last page.

Check out my video walk through of the album:

Hello there,

Recently I had colored the Delilah from Conie Fong, as an inspiration to the coloring challenge at Kit and Clowder. I made a shabby chic card using the image.

I layered a 6.5" x 6.5" card base with pattern papers from Bob n Betty. I used die cuts, leaf lace and few rhinestones as embellishments. I added a die cut butterfly which I layered twice. I kept most of the die cuts and leaves white, so that the focus is on the image.

Hope you liked my card. You can buy the digital image from Conie Fong's Etsy store - 'Delilah'

Till next time - Happy crafting!

Blog Hop Inspiration - Magnolia Dreams.

I recently got my Heidi Swapp Minc machine and so today my blog is all about my foiling madness. (grin)
 Here is the card:

 The gold foiling more clear....

I first created the background with Magnolia Dreams Border svg file. A bit about how I created the background...
I inserted the border svg file on word and reduced the size to about 13cm x 5cm. I then copy pasted it two more times to get a three strip border BG. I adjust the images so that I got a continuous image. I printed the same in a laser jet printer and foiled it with gold foil paper. I printed the sentiment and foiled it with red foil paper. The card base is 4" x 5.5". I trimmed the foiled sheet 1/8" smaller and mounted it with foam tape and the sentiment also. I printed a Magnolia flower on vellum sheet and foiled with gold foil. I tucked it below the sentiment with clear foam tape.
